Insight Global is searching for a PBM Systems Consultant to support a large technology platform assessment for a new benefits management system that is in consideration for a Fortune 100 client.
- Lead the functional evaluation of two diverse platforms, assessing feature compatibility including claims adjudication, contract administration, and communication.
- Analyze data workflows, focusing on the movement of data between systems in a SaaS environment.
- Gather and interpret user feedback, process requirements, and operational impacts.
- Provide PBM-specific insights for the final report and recommendations.
- Assess regulatory considerations, and operational impacts between the platforms.
- Ensure findings are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- This role leverages deep expertise in PBM systems and healthcare operations to evaluate functional alignment between two diverse platforms.
- Assessment for the functional and operational assessment sections of the final report.
- Key insights for the final presentation deck.
- Clear and concise communication tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of SaaS applications in healthcare and pharmacy settings.
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefits management systems, claims adjudication systems and their integration with other technologies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of modern front-end and back-end technologies
