Job Description

Overview:
The Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and team members to test user stories and business requirements, document software functionality, and ensure compliance with SHL policies and external/internal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional testing of business requirements.
2. Document and track software development defects and enhancements.
3. Provide regulatory and compliance advisory services.
4. Act as a liaison for external and internal audits.
5. Handle member complaints, regulatory reporting, and dashboards.

Highlights:
Ensure SHL Division business processes align with the companys social vision and values.
Collaborate with SHL management and staff to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Review policies, procedures, and processes to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
Develop and implement system and software testing processes across various deployment environments.

Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years of experience in compliance/regulations related to lending and support service operations.
2-3 years of experience in functional software testing, including writing test scripts and use cases.
Experience in developing and implementing business plans and aligning processes with strategic goals.
Experience in setting goals, monitoring performance, and enforcing departmental policies and regulatory compliance (state, national, and NCUA).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Salesforce.
