Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of a luxury fashion retailer's internal clientele application. This tool is essential to our customer experience strategy, empowering our sales and support teams to deliver personalized, high-touch service to our clientele. As the Product Manager for the clientele application, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, enhancing features to meet business goals, and ensuring our internal teams can effectively use the tool to build and strengthen customer relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in product management
Proficient in Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation
Deep understanding of clienteling practices and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience
Familiar with CRM systems, data integration, analytic tools and app development methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Product Management experience in a retail, Clienteling or CRM tool
- Prior experience working with Twilio, SendGrid, SMS or Email
- Prior experience with Martech
