Insight Global is looking for an issue management consultant to join an existing team at one of our largest financial clients. They will be joining the technology risk organization and helping out on complex- enterprise items.
This person will be coming in and joining 2 other individuals that are responsible for sub 2 audits that deal with privacy data and very sensitive information. They run about 7-8 critical issues at one time. They would have to deal with escalations, understand applications, and be able to talk to different stakeholders on the risk and technology side to understand the issues at hand. They will be involved and responsible for the whole issue lifecycle- planning, figuring out root cause, escalations, etc. Knowledge within issue/process management is huge to get up to speed quickly.
