Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Specialist to sit on site locally in San Antonio, TX. This person will help the delivery team with any tickets that get pushed up regarding delivery issues for the food and beverage company. They will assist in day-to-day tasks from their leader, helping provide updates on open tickets and ensure the internal client system is updated in real time. Majority of the day will be starting the morning with a daily stand up and completing a list of tasks given during that morning meeting.

Required Skills & Experience

Respond to customer emails regarding delivery inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Look up order numbers in the designated portal to verify order details and status.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer complaints by collaborating with the appropriate teams.
Log into web admin platforms to update order status, manage delivery details, and ensure all records are up to date.
