A major oil and gas company located in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to serve customers by taking responsibility of commercial relationship management while proactively liaising with other functions within the company for the full Offer to Cash arena. This person will act as the primary customer point of contact to process customer orders in an efficient and error free way and deal with any customer queries or complaints.

* 1 year of experience with the Offer to cash/Order to cash process
* 1 year of experience with SAP
* Experience taking orders and tracking deliveries
* Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* 1 year of experience in customer service
* Experience working with polyethylene/chemicals customers
* Experience with GSAP
* Process Improvement experience
* Knowledge of Export regulations, competition law and letters of credit, and Inco terms is beneficial
