A software client of Insight Global is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Allen, TX. This ideal candidate will have a passion and willingness to learn IT and will be working on corporate desktop support, primarily hardware. This candidate will be working out of a ticketing queue, handling up to 10 tickets a day, and will also be interacting with stakeholders and C-Suite Executives helping troubleshoot internal systems.

-Entry level to mid level experience with PC hardware, replacing hard drives, and RAM
