Insight Global is looking for a Secret Cleared Senior Director of Information Technology to sit on site in Tulsa, OK. The Senior Director of Information Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing technical aspects of the IT department, partnering to develop and implement technology strategies, managing costs to meet budget goals, and ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with Cherokee Federals business objectives. This role requires strong management of IT governance and controls, the ability to implement technological innovation as determined by executive leadership, and the development of IT leaders and team members while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency, security, and compliance.

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.
Secret Clearance
Minimum of 11 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and managing large-scale technology projects.
Experience in the federal government or similar regulated environments is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
