Insight Global is looking to hire on a Fabricator for a large manufacturing company in the Austin, TX area. This position will be responsible for fabricating and assembling industrial process equipment and preparing it for delivery to end customers. The selected candidate will need to be able to work with little to no supervision and be a self-starter.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
- Safely operate metal fabrication and welding equipment to build industrial components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work independently to complete projects on time
- Be a team player, assisting teammates with other tasks as necessary, and cultivating an environment of continuous improvement
- Follow production schedules in order to meet customer requirements, ability to work outside of core hours as needed to complete projects
- Complete and maintain documentation in accordance with industry standards and as set forth by the business
