Job Description

- Support daily operations of TASN headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with laws and TASN policies.
- Handle phone calls, mail, deposits, accounts payable/receivable, audit prep, inventory, equipment maintenance, customer service, data management, and event prep

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma minimum.
- 3+ years of general office experience.
- Strong bookkeeping skills.
- Association experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
