Day-to-Day:
A credit union is looking for a Product Analyst to join their team. The Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing the credit unions banking platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of members and aligns with the credit unions strategic goals.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the product team to offer insights and build reusable or ad hoc data views that influence product strategy, design, and development
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements to improve platform performance, accuracy, and user efficiency
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor product performance using analytics tools and member feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement changes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.

Bachelors degree in business, management, economics, finance, data science, or related field or years of experience to supplement degree
3-5 years of data and business analytics experience
Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
Experience writing/creating SQL queries
