Insight Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Organizational Change Manager (OCM) Analyst to join a leading national security and technology firm. This company provides innovative solutions in cybersecurity, defense, space, intelligence, and health, addressing critical challenges. As an OCM Analyst, you will support the change management process for the data center team within a health and human services department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing changes to applications and integrations, ensuring they align with project goals. You will conduct regular change management meetings to communicate updates on processes and strategies to your team. Meticulous documentation is crucial to maintain clarity and ensure effective communication. In your day-to-day role, you will use sophisticated tools like BCM Atrium within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or similar databases. You will lead efforts in dependency mapping and service design, integrating data federation, normalization, and reconciliation processes. Your expertise will be key in driving successful organizational transformations, supporting the mission of addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by the company.

3+ years of overall experience in IT operations with solid IT Service Management knowledge.
Experience in developing and managing specific service management processes, procedures and formal documentation, based on ITIL principles and practices.
BMC Atrium CMDB administration background, with additional experience within the implementation of BMC Discovery.
2+ years experience working within BMC Remedy ITSM suite administration.
Working experience in Reporting (ITSM metrics, drift, etc.).
