A midstream company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Project Controls team. This person will provide AP support to Project Management on material and service related transactions. Some of the day to day responsibilities include processing invoices in a timely manner, entering data into the payables workflow system (Ariba), reviewing invoices to ensure construction inspection rates are accurate, and providing support to vendors as needed.

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Experience with Ariba or a compatible system
Experience performing accounts payable tasks for large projects
