Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and business savvy Remote Business Development Representative to join a customer's team. This role is crucial in driving our growth in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, a strong belief in our premium product, and the ability to create and implement effective sales processes.
The customer is a premium wholesale county, state, and national criminal record search company.
The OTE for this role is $115k+
**This is a business development role so earning is subject to increase as you will be growing new relationships with new customers**
At minimum - 5 sales deals a quarter, each sales deal is around $25,000
for the salesperson - the OTE would be of $115,000 with a base salary of $65,000 and a 10% commission rate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales process to drive growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with the existing Business Development team member, who will transition to a Customer Success role.
-Utilize and receive training on various proprietary systems to enhance sales efforts.
