Insight Global is searching for a direct-hire Preconstruction Director based in Dallas for a premier mechanical construction company. This person will be managing a team of estimators and precon engineers, tasked with growing and developing the team below them, while also assisting with managing and developing relationships with the team and clients. They will be monitoring the precon process and ensuring project success.

-7 years experience in the commercial preconstruction space
