o Participate in the coordination of periodic (monthly and year-end) G&A actuals/forecast reviews with cost owners.
o Reconcile IT G&A actuals with internal Budget/Forecasting templates.
o Experience with Cost Allocation / Account Distribution processes. Provide to USA Finance the expected IT cost allocations and coordinate with Finance any required journal entries to IT cost objects.
o Assist cost owners with ad-hoc data query requests.
o Aggregate data from different sources and submission to different other systems (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, Anaplan, ServiceNow).
o Develop and execute data integrity and quality checks.
o Process requests for SAP Master Data changes or additions (Financial authorities, new cost objects, etc.).
o Support cost center owners with Purchase Requisitions, Service Entry Sheets (SES) and Good Receipts creation if managed via P2P or manual processing of invoices for Networks and Communications' vendors.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
* 7 + years of experience in Finance, Commercial, Cost Control, Enterprise Applications functional support or similar role.
* Strong Office 365 skills.
* Strong analytical and financial skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly with senior management. Bilingual (English, Spanish) would be preferable.
* Self-starter.
