A large financial services firm is looking for a fully remote Agile Scrum Lead to join their team. You will be responsible for multiple scrum teams that are focused on their cloud software engineering initiatives by partnering with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to provide improvements and solutions on the ongoing projects. You will be accountable for all Scrum Master duties, including leading ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and optimizing delivery using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Program Boards. As the scrum Master you will be tracking all project initiatives using Jira: Objectives/Features/Epics/Stories/Tasks. You will be responsible for generating and analyzing data reports to identify trends and make recommendations for team performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters to ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices across multiple teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and time-boxed.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the teams progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Promote a collaborative and transparent environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and feedback.
Ensure adherence to agile principles and practices, and provide coaching and training as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
