About The Team: The WW Hybrid Systems Marketing team at the client embodies a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in delivering marketing and communications for our Hybrid Systems, which include Poly audio and video solutions, HP branded peripherals, displays, and docks. We are seeking a Content Designer to join the clients WW Hybrid Systems Marketing team to help with marketing communications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content that resonates with our target audience. As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content that drives engagement and conversions across various channels, including social media, email, and website. Your ability to craft clear and concise messaging, attention-grabbing headlines, and persuasive calls-to-action will be critical to the success of our content marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative content creation that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to inform content decisions.
Create engaging and effective content across various formats, including web pages, social media posts, long-form content, and video scripts.
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and follows brand guidelines and style standards.
Conduct regular content audits and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
Continuously measure and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for maximum impact.
Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality and brand consistency in all content produced.
Management of campaign and omni-channel content repositories.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Graphic design.
3 to 5 years of experience crafting digital content, ads, and assets.
Mastery of Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex topics into easy-to-understand language across various formats.
Exceptional copywriting skills
Exceptional editing skills
Basic Design skills
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience managing content and agencies to scale quality content production in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about execution excellence, bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Can do the copywriting, design & program HTML (if not, priority is on their writing and design skills)
-Knowledge of .HTML
