Job Description

Support program management and coordination efforts across Vendor teams and Business Technology (BT) teams. Work closely with BT Vendor Management leaders, BT Stakeholders and Vendor LT teams to support activities on managing MSP programs. Support key strategic initiatives for BT VMO team, driving some of them individually to bring in operational efficiency, program governance and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
Support the VMO team in executing internal programs and aligning them with organizational goals.
Collaborate with VMO team members to track vendor performance metrics, progress, and key outcomes.
Establishing documentation, communications, maintaining slack channels and other needed artifacts for effective cross-functional team collaboration with an eye for continuous improvement and best practices.
Support the GUS (for project/work tracking) lead for BT VMO team
Organize and facilitate internal VMO meetings to review program progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support Quarterly Reviews and Vendor Feedback Survey (VFS) activities end-to-end for all the strategic vendors engaged by BT.
Provide internal support to VMO team members for strategic planning and execution of programs.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience in Project Coordination, Management and working in a large scale program/function environment.
Solid experience of working in a cross-functional, multi-geo team.
Experience in project/program management, strong organizational and data analysis skills, proficiency in collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple internal projects and initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis for reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking a hands-on approach to tactical tasks.
