Insight Global is seeking an IT Tech for a large retail client sitting on-site in Dallas, Tx. The IT Techs will be working in a warehouse environment and have several key responsibilities on a daily basis: Checking and resolving tickets through Zendesk, working with operations team to monitor printers/scanners/devices, using apple and android devices to pick orders, setting up workstations, inventory, check in/check out process. The purpose of these roles is to help assist the team during their peak season until January.
