Job Description

A global law firm client of Insight Global is looking for an Audio and Visual Technician to support their Houston office. This person will be supporting the day-to-day needs of preparing technical needs for conference rooms, troubleshooting as needed and providing superb customer service to the business users. They are expected to be able to provide white glove service and maintain organization to have ensure changes are accounted for. This candidate must be comfortable reporting onsite 5 days a week (7:30am arrival) to the Downtown Houston office. This will be a 3-month contract with potential to extend and later convert. The pay rate for the AV Tech is not to exceed $25/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to start early (7:30 AM CT)

Very excellent, strong customer service experience

General awareness of basic IT troubleshooting

Self-starter

Experience with Microsoft Teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Zoom and/or Webex

Experience with Poly, Extron, QSC, Shure and Crestron technologies
