The Workday HCM Business Analyst will assist this client in its implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system for 26,000 Colleagues in 15 countries. This company currently uses Workday HCM in the US and will be expanding its use to its remaining international locations.
The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Learning, and additionally in Canada, Payroll and Time Tracking. The project also includes as first steps a global Job Architecture redesign and optimization of key Workday organizations.
Although this role does not involve hands-on configuration of Workday, previous substantive experience with this is preferred.
Based on experience, the BA contractor will be assigned to one or more workstreams, for the modules listed above, plus Data and Integrations.
The Business Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the project's success by identifying, gathering, and analyzing data related to the project.
