A client in the Houston, TX area is looking for a Director of Enterprise Integration join their Enterprise Integration division. The team is divided into 3 sub teams for client integration, strategic integrations, and a client integration support team. The three teams are comprised of 25 members, with future plans of expansion in the sub teams. On a daily basis, this person will drive the architecture of both new and refactored system integrations, manage the team that implements new client, vendor, and partner integration requests, and interact with enterprise teams and stakeholders for alignment and transparency. The most immediate initiative will be the dissolvement of one integration platform to be absorbed into Dell Boomi. This role will be a hybrid schedule onsite and will have a salary range on $185,000-$200,000/ year.

5-8 years of system integration experience, with specific expertise with Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling Integrator, Informatica, or Mulesoft platforms
Expert Level experience with Dell Boomi
5+ years of managing and growing a team responsible for enterprise integrations and/or business-related teams
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
In-depth knowledge of API and EDI technologies
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following: iPaaS/ESB solutions, .NET development stack, TMS, WMS, or other enterprise logistics platforms, Azure suite of resources
Logistics or Freight-forwarding experience
