Insight Global is hiring for one of the fastest and largest growing cities in Texas. This individual would be joining the HRIS Team which is in the process of moving from Peoplesoft to UKG. He or she would be responsible for all BA lifecycle needs- requirements writing and qualifying, documenting any ERP related issues and seeing them through resolution, supporting various departments, etc.

5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience gathering and writing requirements
Experience working in a Waterfall environment
ERP and/or HRIS system knowledge or experience
Willing to work on site 5 days per week the first 6 weeks
Experience with Peoplesoft
