Sr. Operations Manager

Insight Global is seeking an onsite Business Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas. The client is a small but professionally certified and fully insured commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company with a small but growing power washing line of business. The company was recently purchased by two entrepreneurial brothers who are looking for an experienced manager to take their field operations and crew from skilled and capable to professional and best in class. They are well funded and profitable looking for someone to join them for the long haul and share in the rewards of small business ownership. The main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing crews, ensuring quality control, developing strategies, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday and this person must be comfortable working evening/night shifts.

Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee hiring & onboarding and ensure the smooth running of the daily operations
- Create shift schedules while considering strict timelines and crew availability
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of employees
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company

10+ years of operations management experience

Experience within the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning or Commercial Exhaust Cleaning industry

Strong track record of driving business growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets

Experience hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees, as well as scheduling and evaluating their performance

Experience with Google Suite

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Have read the book Rocket Fuel

Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

Bilingual in English and Spanish
