The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting the credit union's Salesforce implementation by configuring the platform, migrating data, and optimizing business processes. Key responsibilities include setting up and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and record types to align with business requirements, automating tasks through workflows and approvals, and creating custom applications using Apex or Lightning Web Components. The Administrator will also play a crucial role in data migration, ensuring accurate and consistent data transfer and validating data quality. To facilitate user adoption, they will develop training programs and provide ongoing support. Additionally, the Administrator will identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce features, implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks, and adhere to best practices to ensure system integrity. In terms of reporting and analytics, they will create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensure data governance. Furthermore, the Administrator may be involved in managing security and compliance, change management, and contributing to Salesforce projects. By focusing on these specific tasks and responsibilities, the Salesforce Administrator can effectively support the credit union's implementation and ongoing management of their Salesforce environment.
