Printer Technician

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Technician to join one of our top healthcare provider's IT team in the Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of printing equipment across the facility. This person will be working through the ServiceNow ticketing system to provide phone, email, and in person printer hardware support as needed to ensure all departments have reliable access to printing services.

3+ years as an IT Field Technician
Strong ability to troubleshoot printer issues, and perform configuration/maintenance in all department multi-functional printers and desktop peripherals
Comfortable using a ticketing system, such as ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and self motivation

Technical Certification (Ex. CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), HP Printer Technician Certification, Lexmark Printer Technician Certification, Epson Printer Technician Certification, Brother Printer Technician Certification, Ricoh Printer Technician Certification, Xerox Printer Technician Certification, etc.)
Experience working in a healthcare setting
