Day-to-day:
An employer in the San Antonio, TX area is looking for a Land Development Project Manager. This right candidate will have their PE license and will be able to run the full scope of project work. These projects will focus on the single and multi-family residential properties but can also include other commercial and industrial work. These projects can range up to $2 million. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: team coordination and management, client management, financial performance and evaluation, reports, spreadsheets, business development, and revenue generation. This person may be responsible for a small team of 1-2 people. This position can pay between $100,000 to $135,000 depending on experience.
