A midstream energy provider is hiring a Right of Way Lease Analyst to join their team to support multiple business units with the management of property leases and term agreements. The Lease Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting the terms and conditions of real property contracts and other legal agreements involving the company's assets. Other responsibilities include: initiate and preparing lease renewals and terminations, interpreting and reporting contractual rights and obligations, maintain and set up payment information, title agreements, and map documentation. The Lease Analyst will be work with land representatives, landowners, and the accounts payable team when setting up new suppliers and will utilize Oracle when requesting and issuing new payments. This individual must work in the office five days per week.
