Mortgage Loan Originator

Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), with an Active book of business. They will be responsible for guiding clients through the entirety of the mortgage loan application process. They will educate clients on the various types of mortgage products available, gather required documentation, and analyzing financial information provided by clients to determine their creditworthiness. The candidate must be comfortable working within a small team that will include underwriters, processer, and other loan originators. An ideal candidate will have an active book of business, for referrals/repeat business, with a proven track record of originating 3+ loans a month with a value in excess of $500k+.

Must Haves:
3+ years recent experience in residential loan originations with a Mortgage Loan Originator license with NMLS registration required in Texas
Must have an Active book of business to utilize referral and repeat business partnerships
Knowledge of Conventional and Government mortgage products
Experience originating on average 3+ loans a month with a provable track record over the last 2 years
