An employer in the Sugar Land, Texas area is looking for a remote Service Desk Technician. This person is going to work 100% remote and will join a team of technicians to help answer inbound calls and resolve basic issues. They will be receiving calls from students, parents, teachers, and others needing assistance within the district. Calls that they receive will be anywhere from IT issues (hardware and software), questions around back to school, updating PC drivers, etc. If they are not able to resolve an issue they will be able to escalate to the proper point of contact. This position pays $19-$20/hr.
