Insight Global is looking for a Business readiness change manager for an oil and gas client located in Downtown Houston. This person will be responsible for the delivery of organizational change management work, and will be primarily responsible for the execution piece supporting an ERP implementation. This person must have the ability to execute on existing change plans, and supplement with additional activities determined by conducting impact assessment for their assigned groups. Ability to work with supervisors and managers to determine what each impacted team needs and execute on it, in alignment with Senior OCM's strategy.

Strong experience working in an organizational change management role
Experience with drafting and delivering project communications
Experience with hands-on development of communications and training materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
Experience supporting an ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion preferred)
BS Degree
Strong MS Excel skills
Oil and gas industry experience
