Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for one of their top clients in Houston, TX. This resources will need to be comfortable coming onsite 5 days a week at the companies headquarters in North Houston. He/She will be joining the Human Resources team and will oversee the South East region offices. The ideal person will have experience supporting employee relations and comfortable with handling HR related issues from the time you were notified till resolution. This person will also be responsible with other HR duties such as exit interviews, unemployment, generating offer letters, and candidate onboarding. He/She need to have excellent written and verbal communication and comfortable working on a small team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years HR Generalist related experience

-Assists with roll out of the companies HR programs such as: Performance Management, Reward and Recognition, Wellness Initiatives, Compliance Training, Annual Open Enrollment, Employee Satisfaction Survey, and other similar programs.

-Responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of HR related problems or situations calling on appropriate resources to resolve issues.

-Performs recruitment activities such as the development of advertisements and postings, screening and conducting interviews.

-Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all internal clients, co-workers, stakeholders and outside vendors.
