Job Description

A large government and commercial services contractor are looking for a fully remote Davis Bacon Analyst candidate to join our team. The Construction Labor Compliance /Prevailing Wage Specialist will monitor and assess the compliance of third-party contractors with all requirements under the Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeships, and other regulations or laws as identified in the clients subcontract agreements. The Construction Labor Compliance /Prevailing Wage Specialist will review and validate contract documents to identify if proper FAR clauses and Prevailing Wages have been incorporated into the contract or subcontract; train and support Subcontract Administrators in the application and execution of Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act requirements and Amentum Labor Compliance policies; establish labor compliance oversight and monitoring of multiple projects; and create tracking and reporting methodology to be used across the organization. This person will address identified non-compliance exceptions with contractors with the support of internal resources and track corrective actions to closure. This role will function 100% remote, but it is preferred this person sits either in Fort Worth, TX or Chantilly, VA.

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth knowledge and experience in managing Davis-Bacon Act and other law compliance regulations (such as Service Contract Act) imposed on federal construction contractors.
3 or more years of experience in Davis Bacon labor compliance with an agency, contractor, or consultant
Experience validating and obtain remedial corrections to Davis Bacon Act Certified Payrolls.
Ability to present Infront of high-level executives
Detail oriented and strong reporting skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

This role is 100% remote, but someone local to DFW, TX or Chantilly, GA is strongly preferred.
Experience with reviewing payroll systems and paystubs for service contract act compliance
SharePoint and Microsoft office application proficiency
Experience with LCPtracker or other prevailing wage compliance platforms
