A client is currently looking for a UX researcher to join the Digital Services Product Design team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge Workforce Experience Platform and contribute to the success of our customers and partners. We are looking for someone who is passionate about user research, has a deep understanding of UX principles, and is a strong leader. The hourly pay range for this role will be $55-65/hour with some flexibility depending on experience.

Bachelors degree with 4+ years of relevant experience within user experience, applied research setting and/or product research and development, Masters degree and 2+ years relevant experience
Experience conducting In-Depth Interviews or Focus Groups and Concept Testing or Usability Testing
Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
Familiarity and experience delivering research in an agile development environment
Experience with consumer products, consumer insights, or product development
Degrees in a human behavior-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics
Certification, training, and experience facilitating design thinking workshops and processes
