An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their project management office. This person will perform duties assigned by the PMO and the support services group and assist the IT department in developing and implementing strategic plans. They will develop business requirements and coordinate feasibility and cost analysis as it related to projects. They will manage and maintain the documentation throughout the development process and maintain the requirements traceability matrix. In addition, they will drive continuous improvement utilizing LSS tools & methodologies.
This is a permanent position that pays between $70,000-85,000 based on experience.

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Technology, or a related field
* experience of creating business requirements & process documentation
* technical writing experience and experience with SDLC methodologies
