Insight Global is sourcing for a Scrum Master, to join a multinational conglomerate with presence in information technology, electronics, power systems, social infrastructure, industrial systems, and construction machinery, servicing an automotive end client. This is a net new product application which will be utilizing AI and ML. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background in software application development, with the ability to contribute hands on as needed. The Scrum Master will be required to develop design plans, sprint definition, tracking commitments and impediments, etc. Previous experience developing application design and overseeing implementation design from scratch is preferred. You will also be collaborating cross functionally with both internal resources and external vendors, so strong communication and project management skills are a must. This position will be a 6-month contract with opportunity for extension, hybrid out of the Dallas, TX area 2-3 days per week.
Compensation: $_45__/hr. to $_60_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. -Previous background in information technology, software application development, or similar field.
-At least 6 years of experience in a hands on technical role with at least 4 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master
-Experience with sprint definition, planning, tracking commitments and impediments, daily scrum, sprint Retrospect
-Previous project management experience or project execution management
-Excellent communication skills and professionalism; ability to present project updates and status to stakeholders
-Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology.
