Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations for one of their top logistics clients in the Houston Area. This client is looking for a Director of Operation to run their warehouse located in Mansfield Massachusetts. The ideal candidates needs to have a contract logistics background, comfortable working with third party customers and ensuring the warehouse is running properly. The facility is around 3500 square feet and moving a high volume of pallets daily. He / She needs to be comfortable running daily meetings, providing updates to the Logistic companies clients and ensure everything is running smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience

-10+ years' of experience working in a Logistics environment with at least 5 years in management

-Comfortable with directing site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.

-Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

-Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
