A financial institution is looking to hire a KYC Analyst to join their Asset Management team. The position requires a driven and detail-oriented professional with creative and technical skills to join the Operations division, which partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities globally. The role involves collaborating with management and key stakeholders to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives, partnering with Engineering and Product Management teams for product development, and managing risks across project lifecycles. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Bachelors degree, 4+ years of Project Management experience with substantial process automation or software implementation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex
technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with
others across all levels and functions, specifically technical teams like an engineering group
- Strong technical skills including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
