Insight Global is seeking 2 remote Instructional Designers focused on SAP S4/HANA to develop comprehensive training materials and programs to support the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of a clients SAP implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design course outlines and objectives for specified SAP modules
· Develop a structured training curriculum tailored to various roles and skill levels within the organization
· Partnering with subject matter experts, write content and design engaging training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, work instructions, knowledge checks, and job aids
· Review training materials with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content and make updates as needed
· Coordinate training deliverables with internal team members and communicate daily progress with course material development
· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve training documents as go live approaches and production environment is completed

· 5+ years of experience working as an instructional designer leveraging ADDIE and developing training materials for SAP or ERP implementations
· Must have proven experience with Manufacturing S/4HANA modules
· Strong attention to detail to include formatting consistency and material accuracy
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience with graphics programs and multi-media formats
· Availability to travel to client locations.
