Job Description

A fast-growing, innovative company in the Cedar Park, TX area is looking for an Additive Manufacturing Operations Manager to join their team. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the growth and efficiency of our additive manufacturing operations. This role involves managing both print operations and facility operations, with a focus on production oversight. The ideal candidate will have expertise in laser powder bed fusion and a strong background in manufacturing. This is a great opportunity that will grow into broader operational responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in additive manufacturing or related production environments
- Strong understanding of laser powder bed fusion technology
- Experience with change management and batch operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in overseeing manufacturing operations.
