Job Description

An environmental engineering company is looking to hire a Construction Manager to oversee the largest water reuse project in the country, located in El Paso, TX. This person will primarily be responsible for monitoring and reporting project budget, quality, and safety. This will include monthly contract status updates, including amendments and negotiations. This person will be in charge of preparing proposals, meeting agendas, and presentations related to the project. Other than that, this person will also mentor and train resident level engineers, and report on overall project updates. The salary range for this position is between $150,000-$180,000, depending on level of previous experience.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of Construction Management experience

Advanced Water Treatment plant experience

5+ years experience managing project larger than $100M

Willing to relocate/work onsite 5x per week in El Paso, TX for the next 3-4 years

Understanding of water processes (such as RO, UV, AOP, and GAC)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CMAR (Construction manager at risk)

UV, RO, AOP, or GAC CM experience
