Every 2 weeks run civil service and regular city employees. They aren't doing the payroll processing but there to help if there are any errors to trouble shoot any issues. Then we run off week payroll for any individuals that had payroll issues during regular pay periods. Will be involved with PUM updates, involved in whole process and reviewing test scripts and running in the right environment. Mostly in the test environment running payroll to make sure once it is in production to run smoothly. We also need someone that is very good at documenting these payroll process/errors that occur. Implementing new rules etc. Mainly testing, documentation and solving problems for payroll! Hybrid 2 days a week onsite 3 days remote.

Mid Level 5+ Years experience specifically Peoplesoft HCM Preferably payroll but if they have time and labor absence management
Peoplesoft query manager
Any experience with Peoplesoft 9.2
Requirement documentation
Putting together the requirements to fix the issues
Intermediate excel
Experience with PUM updates, testing scripts etc.
