Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager in the SE Houston, TX area. This person will be responsible for planning and executing all maintenance obligations, lifecycle requirements to support customer flight and mission schedules, and intermediate and phase maintenance. They'll also support El Paso for all aircraft platforms assigned. They will oversee aircraft production, back shop controllers, and maintenance control coordinators.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of aircraft maintenance and aviation-related experience

Bachelor's degree

High-Performance aircraft experience

5 years of management experience

Experience working in configuration management product life cycle systems

Understanding of engineering documentation (models, drawings, specifications, parts, change notices, manufacturing plans, procedures)

Experience in the aerospace industry

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

FAA A&P License

QC/QA experience
