Job Summary
Insight Global seeks a QA/Automation Developer to join our Scrum team, supporting a major supply-chain firm in Irving, TX. The team will build web and Android apps that expand the capabilities of the client's proprietary ERP platform.
You'll collaborate daily with your colleagues to champion a "built-in quality" mindset. Your ability to automate test and analysis processes -- from first build to deployment - will help the team maximize both effectiveness and quality.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Partner with teammates to define procedures, plans and metrics that promote product quality
* Lead the development of automated build, analysis and test pipelines.
* Promote a test-first mentality in the team to minimize escaped defects
* Participate in solution designs to ensure the address aspects of testability, performance and stability
* Embrace the collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset that is foundational to Scrum

* 7+ years of work experience in creating test scenarios, plans and scripts, including significant work in Microsoft technologies
* Demonstrated proficiency in automation scripting with C#
* Experience with API testing
* Familiarity with application UI testing frameworks, with WinAppDriver strongly preferred
* Experience with Test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
* Prior work on a cross-functional Agile development team (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
