An employer is looking for a Jr. Business Analyst in the San Antonio area. This person will be joining a financial services client based in San Antonio, TX. This person will be providing business planning guidance such as research, development, and implementation of processes to increase business capability, ensure compliance, and product attractiveness and profitable growth. Assist in the development of solutions to impact business decisions for relevant CoSA or LOBs. Identify opportunities to enhance existing business programs. Mitigate key risks associate with financial harm by identifying operational gaps. Coordinate trainings such as job aids and related activities for new processes or product changes. Communicate with stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure successful product implementation.

* Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience (BA/Salesforce/SharePoint) in lieu of degree
* 2+ years of project management or business planning experience
* Experience with developing solutions that will increase efficiency and improve business processes
* Experience with: Salesforce, SharePoint, Portal, CRM, CBS, Fiserve, KDIM, Fidelity, or Metric Stream
* Knowledge of RMF and regulatory requirements for applicable LOB
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
