Job Description

An energy infrastructure client of Insight Global's is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join for a 3-month engagement. The client has a few projects going on and is needing some additional help with answering the service desk phone and with tickets.

The main responsibility of the candidate is to answer the Service Desk phone and resolve Level I and Level II service tickets for internal end users, in person and remotely. When phone volume is low, the candidate will work on assigned tickets. He/she will be expected to completed an average of 40-50 service tickets per week (volume may vary). A qualified candidate would be available to go onsite to the client in Memorial City 5 days per week (M-F). The expected hourly pay rate for this role is ~$20-$22/hr, based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in an IT support role

Experience utilizing a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)

Experience troubleshooting via phone support
