A Fortune 500 client is looking for an Manufacturing Process Engineer on their site in Richardson, TX. This client is leading company in the Aerospace and Defense, communications, enterprise healthcare, industrial, capital equipment and energy industries to deliver solutions for their most complex challenges in manufacturing hardware solutions. This Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality cost and delivery goals for the client and its customers products. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products. In addition they will develop application software and tooling for a comprehensive set of complex machines and mechanical process steps within a manufacturing sector, implement plan and lead the assessment of the capability of machines and process applications using Design of Experiments and statistical methods across the full manufacturing process, ensuring maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth. You will lead disciplined process for solving complex single stage or multistage product, process, component, and related problems that affect the efficient operation and/or manufacture of products through the full manufacturing process.
This role will function fully onsite at the clients Richardson, TX location

* 1-3 years+ of manufacturing process engineer experience
* Experience working in new product introduction/ implementation
* Has experience with process improvements and process efficiency
* Experience with root cause analysis
* AutoCAD and 3D modeling experience in (SolidWorks or Creo) is a must.
Willing to work 3 days onsite in Richardson, TX for a 3 12 schedule
* Hands on knowledge of FactoryLogix MES system is a plus
* Experience in automation: programming, implementing or working with robotics is a plus
* Previous experience working with INFOR ERP system is a plus
Previous experience process engineering in SMT lines
