An employer in West Houston, TX is looking for a Organizational Change Manager to join a Global Digital Twin team for a premier oil and gas client. The OCM resource will help drive the success of the Global Digital Twin Program as well as the Engineering Information Management Center of Excellence. Expected activities and deliverables are listed below.
-Align leaders and mutually agree upon organizational change enablers.
Understand key stakeholders, their needs/sources of resistance, readiness, and current level of commitment.
-Agree upon outcomes of success. Using these outcomes, mutually agree upon and baseline success metrics, outcomes, and behaviors (i.e., adoption KPIs).
-Identify the big rock change implications and new ways of working.
-Define a clear change vision and case for change, including core messaging materials.
-Outline a change strategy and communications plan to drive engagement.
-Engage identified formal and informal leaders and influencers across business.
-Socialize change benefits through communication (e.g., engagement events, communication materials).
-Draft communication materials to drip-feed early on; share success stories in a timely manner.
-Conduct learning needs assessment and prepare educational/ training materials.
Targeted Pay Rate Range: $70 - $90/hour
