An Oil and Gas client of Insight Global located in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Downhole Product Development team. The Project Engineer will be working closely with the Design and Mechanical Engineers within the New Product Development group working on customizable downhole tools for their clients. They will be responsible for planning and coordinating project initiatives between internal and external teams, ensuring the project's technical objectives are achieved. They will also be responsible for managing the timeline and planning of projects and delegate tasks to the team. The role requires being on-site 5 days a week at a salary range of $125,000 - $135,000.

- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 5 + years of Electrical and/or Mechanical engineering designing or implementing Downhole tools in the Oil and Gas industry
- Experience leading and managing projects related to customizable Downhole products
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project or other planning software.
